Neil Perry has has a big few years. Opening Margaret in Sydney’s Double Bay to great success and renown (taking out Gourmet Traveller’s Best New Restaurant award in 2022), and triple-storey Cantonese diner Song Bird and basement New York-style bar Bobby’s, as well as being honoured as Icon of the Year by the World’s 50 Best. So creating Neil Perry recipes at home is something the keen home cook should take on at least once.

Perry has built an empire on big, bold flavours and celebrating the finest produce with considered cooking.
