Natural wine is an all-Italo affair at 121BC (4/50 Holt St, Surry Hills, entry via Gladstone St, 02 9699 1582), while the pour at Love, Tilly Devine (91 Crown La, Darlinghurst, 02 9326 9297) continues Sydney’s ode to nature.
