It’s easy to see why churros, the deep-fried, doughnut-like classic, are so loved. In these churros recipes, they come out steamy and pillowy on the inside, with a satisfying crunch on the outside. Dust liberally with cinnamon sugar, then dunk them in your preferred sauce – perhaps a Grand Marnier-spiked hot chocolate, a dollop of dulce de leche, or a generous drizzle of chocolate ganache sauce.
