To mark our 50th anniversary, we collaborated with Patrón Tequila and Neil Perry to create a Mexican-themed birthday feast. El Diablo is a ginger beer Teuqila highball finished with a blackcurrent liquor. Cheers.
Combine 45 ml Patrón Reposado, 20 ml lime juice and 5 ml sugar syrup (or to taste) in a highball glass with ice cubes, top up with ginger beer to taste and drizzle 5 ml crème de cassis on top. Garnish with lime wedges or slices.
