Everyone’s favourite Greek chef brings the flavour of the old country to the table in excitingly different ways with this honey-dipped celebration. George Calombaris takes time out from his action-packed schedule overseeing his culinary empire and filming for MasterChef to savour the simple pleasure of two of the Mediterranean’s greatest exports: loukoumades, the classic fried balls of sweet dough soaked in syrup, and a new-school take on rizogalo, Greece’s rice pudding. A night in George’s company is reliably friendly, fun and informative to boot, making this a session not to be missed.
