This saucy cousin of the Negroni is also interesting made with dry vermouth in place of sweet (or indeed a mix of the two). Grapefruit and tequila, meanwhile, are always great friends; for something a bit less potent, go long with a healthy splash of grapefruit juice or grapefruit soda.

1.Pour all ingredients into a large tumbler filled with cracked ice cubes. Stir, garnish with a twist or wedge of grapefruit and serve.
